Asthma Mudra:-
Asthma involves both physical and psychological factors. It is believed to be triggered by emotions, environmental extremities and viral infections. Asthmatic attacks may also be generated and triggered in the brain itself. In mudras, the touching of the fingertips either to other parts of the palm or touching them at different points of other fingers, the energy is said to be redirected back into the body and back up to the brain.
- Firstly, you need to sit down in a relaxed position. Sit either on your mat or on any light carpet.
- I suggest not to sit directly on your floor as it can cause slippery.
- Also, doing mudra or yoga by sitting directly on the floor is strictly prohibited or not advised by fitness experts.

- Comfort is a major part of this yoga exercise. Make sure that you should keep your index finger straight pointing outwards.
- Your entire posture should be very straight, but still relaxed.
- You can also keep your eyes shut to enjoy the relaxed environment.
